This is just so much what I needed. Thank you. I’ve been having pain at the bottom of my foot for near on a year and my physio (who’d I’d gone to for a totally different reason) suggested I might have plantar fasciits. He wasn’t allowed to treat me for it without me going through a whole new referral process.

Jeff, it’s not uncommon for the pain to be in the middle of foot since the planar fascia runs from the base of the toes to the heel.
